| 概要 |
直接溶融・資源化システム（DMS）は、都市ごみを処理するシャフト炉式のガス化溶融技術である。このシステムでは、可燃ごみはガス化されて、燃焼室で完全燃焼され、そして、廃熱回収システムで効率的にエネルギー利用される。一方、不燃ごみは高温のコークスベッドで溶融され、全てのスラグとメタルが資源としてリサイクルされる。DMSは、溶融炉と燃焼室の間に設置される集塵装置で、熱分解ガス中のダストが捕集され、燃焼室の固体燃焼負荷を減らしている。これにより、燃焼性が向上して、COとダイオキシン濃度が低く抑えられる。また、高温還元雰囲気の溶融により、ごみに含まれる低沸点重金属の揮発を促進して、重金属がスラグに移行するのを抑制し、飛灰へ濃縮している。DMSを採用した最近の商業的施設は、高効率発電のために、廃熱回収ボイラで高温・高圧蒸気を回収している。 |
| Abstract |
Direct Melting System (DMS) is shaft furnace type gasification and melting technology for MSW treatment. In this system combustible wastes are gasified and burnt completely in combustion chamber and, after that, a heat recovery system effectively utilizes the energy. Meanwhile, incombustible wastes are melted in a coke-bed of melting furnace at high temperature, allowing all slag and metal byproducts to be taken and effectively utilized as resources. With the dust collector installed between the melting furnace and the combustion chamber in this system, dust in the pyrolysis gas was collected to reduce the solid combustion load of the combustion chamber. This alteration allowed combustion performance improved and contributed in reduction of CO and dioxin level. High temperature reducing atmosphere in the melting furnace acts to facilitate the volatilization of low-boiling point heavy metals contained in the waste and to suppress the entry of heavy metals into the slag, whereas these heavy metals were concentrated in the fly ash. |
