| 概要 |
改正水道法により、運転管理業務や水質管理業務など、技術上の業務について第三者への委託が制度化された。これを背景に、運転管理業務におけるリスクマネージメントの重要性が再認識されている。リスクマネージメントを徹底するには、運用管理が容易な運転支援システムを対応マニュアルとして活用することが有効と考えられる。本稿では、原水事故時の対応について、異常対応支援システムの活用例を紹介する。 |
| Abstract |
Consignment to an another municipality or a private enterprise was institutionalized about technical service, such as operation management service and water quality management service , the revision of the Water Supply Law.Therefore, we have had a new appreciation of the importance of the risk management in operation management service.We think it effective to utilize a support system with easy management as a correspondence manual, in order to put risk management into practice.This paper introduces the example of use of the support system in the correspondence in case of the raw water accident. |
