| 概要 |
廃水処理施設における維持管理の支援技術として簡易分析法が求められている。本研究において、カラム内に形成させた着色帯の長さから定量する方法によって、オルトリンおよび亜硝酸性窒素を測定する方法の開発を行った。呈色反応によって生成する陰イオン性の着色物質を、陽イオンを担持した吸着剤を充填したカラムに捕捉させることによりカラム内に着色帯を形成させた。その結果、着色帯の長さと濃度の間に直線関係が得られた。オルトリンが
1〜6mg-P/L、亜硝酸性窒素が1〜20mg-N/Lの範囲で定量できるカラムを用いることにより、実廃水中のオルトリンおよび亜硝酸性窒素の測定が比較的精度よく行えた。なお、懸濁物質および溶解性有機汚濁物質は、オルトリンの定量にほとんど妨害しなかったが、亜硝酸性窒素の測定では懸濁物質が測定値をわずかに低下させることが示された。 |
| Abstract |
A simple and rapid analytical method is required to
support the appropriate control of wastewater treatment facilities.In this study, we focused on the development
of a spot test for phosphate and nitrite by measuring color band length formed
in a mini column.An anionic colored
compound derived from each ion is retained on an adsorbent coated with a
cationic material, and a color band is formed in a column packed with the
adsorbent.As a result, the color band
length correlated linearly with the concentration of each ion.Phosphate and nitrite in actual wastewater
were analyzed successfully by the columns, which can detect phosphate in the
range of 1-6 mg-P/L and nitrite in the range of 1-20 mg-N/L.In this method, phosphate analysis was not
interfered by suspended solid (SS) and dissolved organic materials, although SS
gave slightly lower values for nitrite determination. |
