当地域は、２行政区で７測定局が置かれている。北側が六甲山で、南が大阪湾で、海岸は昭和30年代から埋立てられ、現在も進行し、工場と港湾が建設され、東西に幹線道路が建設されてきた。一方この山麓部は古くからの高級住宅街であった。当地の気象条件は山風や海風のために高濃度出現が少ないと思われていたが、近年これら発生源からの高濃度出現も多く、濃度的にも高いことが分かってきた。ここでは多地点測定であることから気象や汚染質濃度の時系列解析から原因解明と大気汚染制御の具体的課題について検討してみたい。 |
| Abstract |
"The atmospheric environment arround Kobe Eastern Area constituting Kobe Port was examined from an air pollutional point of view. ��Annual mean NO2 concentrations in the three general public air monitoring stations have been increased in recent year, and monthly mean concentrations have also been increased during the months of Mar.〜Jul. when sea wind blow in this area. Furthermore, the number of days when the NO2 concentrations were measured in the four monitoring stations exceed larger than 40 ppb in the three more stations, have also increased in recent year. ��The day of week in the day when NO2 concentrations were measured in the seven monitoring stations exceed larger than 40 ppb in five more stations for total months, and these weathers were examined. In the day of week, Tuesday nwas 22% in contrast with 0% in Sunday, and 10% in Saturday, nextly in Weather condition, the rate in these days were 56% under the high pressue, 27% under the the passing of low pressure and 17% under the others." |
