| 概要 |
老朽化した下水処理機械設備の改良やリノベーション（再構築）を効果的に行うための設備老朽度診断その２（機械設備編）。ベテラン調査員を現場に派遣し、劣化が進むと現れる徴候を観察して物理的老朽度の調査を行い、ヒアリングによって機能的・社会的要因からも機械設備の老朽度を調査する。現地調査の結果を「チェックリスト」に入力すると、調査項目毎に定めた「重み」が乗じられ、老朽度や耐用年数の超過率・ここで新たに定めた「限界寿命」から算出した余寿命などが自動計算され表示される。これらの数値はポートフォリオ等に表わされ更新計画策定の為の実務的データとして提供される。 |
| Abstract |
"This is the second part of a description of a method for diagnosing sewerage treatment installations for obsolescence with a view to improving and renovating them, particularly with regard to their mechanical equipment. The procedure is conducted as follows: an experienced investigator visits the site in order to carry out a visual inspection of the equipment. In the course of his inspection, he will check for specific symptoms that indicate development of deterioration, and will examine the equipment for obsolescence in terms of functional and social factors by interviewing the local personnel. The results of the inspection are manually entered in the """"Check List"""" of a spreadsheet program. This operation results in the values being multiplied by the appropriate coefficients of importance (less than or equal to 1) defined for investigation items. The program then calculates in succession the degree of obsolescence, use in excess of service life, """"marginal life"""" and remaining life of the equipment in a predetermined manner, and displays the resultant values. These values will be indicated in portfolios and made available as practical data for use in future renewal projects." |
